Established in 2007, BreakAway Speed Sports Specific Training, LP is being recognized as one of Houston's premier performance training facilities, enhancing the performance of professional and amateur athletes at all levels by specialized programs designed for their individual sport.

BreakAway Speed Sports Specific Training, LP is a 20,000 square foot facility at the corner of 610 South and Beechnut, that is uniquely designed for sports training. It includes: six batting cages; full-service gym, including Olympic weightlifting equipment; and 15,000 square feet of field turf. We provide sport-specific strength and speed training; youth, high school, collegiate training; individual, professional and team training; high school and NFL Combine training; training for executives; sports nutrition; sports injury rehabilitation; and more.
